The best way to eat for your heart chakra is with green foods. I love greens and as a vegetarian of 28 years I may get a little more excited than others when they're plentiful. Some of you are not so excited about the thought of eating so many leafy green on a regular basis and I understand. But remember, juicing is you best friend and smoothies are a fantastic way to cheat ! I can't stand avocado or watermelon but when I put them in a smoothie or shake it's a totally different story.
I get burnt out sometimes just like everyone else. That's when I turn to my juicer and ask for help. Tree blooming fruits like apples, peaches, pears or plums are great raw options and perfect for when you're on the go.
Fruit is never a problem with me. I like just about every fruit I ever met in some form. But some veggies are not my favorite and celery has never been one of them. There is so much long life and power to be eaten !
