Yesterday we talked about how to tell what state our root chakra was in. Is it overactive or underactive? Physical activity is important in keeping our chakras in alignment. The root chakra is related to the earth element so you want to participate in "grounding" activities. This is a good time to get out and connect with nature. Go for a hike, garden, cook a healthy meal or take your yoga practice outside! Below I have posted a yoga video by Faith Hunter, who I love and it's all about balancing your root chakra.
